Graham Stand out Suit

When you book a children’s party,  from us you aren’t just booking a disco, but rather a full entertainment package.

Not only do we provide a great disco, but we organise games and competitions.

Games are generally geared towards building atmosphere and participation but you can also supply prizes if you prefer. Games can include: Musical Bumps/Chairs/Statues, Limbo dancing, Simon Says, Dance Floor is Lava.

We can also try to facilitate other games on request

Meet the Gang: Our Mascots include: Shrek, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Foxy, Teddy and Monkey

we can also arrange special guest appearances! They can come along to have a dance and meet the children and have their photograph taken with him.

Music and/or Karaoke

We play a selection of great music appropriate for the age group. Music includes the best chart and ‘trendy’ music popular at the time, mixed with a good selection of party favourites. If you wish, you can send a playlist of your favourite songs, and requests can be made to Graham.

You can choose a theme for your event, Princess, Pirates, Disney, Monsters etc and select a list of tracks or have the DJ select for you.

All this means that the children can have lots of fun throughout the party and you have less to worry about. So sit back and enjoy!

Lighting Effects & Video

Good disco lighting is one of the main ‘wow’ factors at a party.  We include a variety of disco lighting effects which is great for building a good party atmosphere. We also supply screens to view video and karaoke tracks or Photo-slide shows of the guest of honour. Just send any photo’s and details to DJ Graham and he can display them all together or throughout the party.

Our Beautiful Candy Cart is available for hire on its own or as part of a party package. You can fill it yourselves or leave it all to us, so you can concentrate on enjoying your event.  We can even alter the bunting and bags to suit your special events colour scheme. Some of our options are detailed below.

Candy Cart

Option 1

Hire of Candy Cart as part of a package including sweets £100 (Always call Graham for a quote as the cart deal improves when hired in conjunction with any of our other services)

This price includes travel within a 20-mile radius

  • Colour  coordinated sweet bags
  • LED lighting on candy cart
  • Any sweets left can be bagged up for you to enjoy afterwards
  • Setup and removal at the event

Option 2

Hire of Empty Candy Cart as part of our entertainment package to fill yourselves with all your favourite sweet treats £50

This price includes travel within a 20-mile radius

  • All glassware and silver scoops & tongs
  • Coloured sweet bags
  • LED lighting on candy cart
  • Setup and removal at the event

King Karaoke Entertainment Terms and Conditions – Candy Cart


Our promise to you:

To secure a date a £50.00 non-refundable deposit is required.

The final payment is due 2 weeks before the event.

If the final payment has NOT been paid within 2 weeks of the event, we have the right to cancel the booking. If paying the final balance by cheque this needs to have been received and cleared 2 weeks before the event.


King Entertainment shall not be liable in respect of damage/injury/loss or any other damage incurred in respect of this hire.

We hold full public liability insurance and a copy of this can be given if you require it.


We require a £50 damage/loss fee for the Cart. This will be refunded within a week of the event if there are no issues/breakages/losses.

The cart must not be used for your guests to leave their drinks/glasses on. (Our cart is professionally painted and this may result in the cart being water damaged or stained.)

If any damage is caused the damage deposit will not be refunded.

Loss/Serious Damage:

If for any reason the hired item is seriously damaged beyond repair/stolen a charge of £450 will be incurred for the cart.

If you are hiring on behalf of a business or organisation you confirm that you have the necessary authority to enter into this contract on behalf of that business or organisation and that you will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the cart is not damaged or misused during the period of the hire.


We would like to use images taken at events for our gallery/facebook page. Please let me know if you object to this.


Our Sweets may contain gluten, nuts and traces of nuts. Please let us know if you have any allergies and we will try our best to provide sweets that are suitable (and cost-effective). We cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions.

Children should also be supervised at all times as we cannot be held responsible if a child chokes on any of the items we have provided.


If you choose to cancel your booking the £50 deposit will not be refunded. If the booking is cancelled 3 months prior to the booking then you will not be liable to pay anything further however if it is cancelled after this 50% of the final booking cost must be paid (along with the deposit.)

By paying the deposit you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed above.  No alterations to these terms and conditions can be made unless I have agreed to these in writing.
